This lot features no custom content at all. I only built this house and furnished it with the base game and expansion packs I own which will also be noted in the description. This house is playable by any Sim fans who has the Sims 3 base game and it is updated to the latest patch. The expansion packs you don't own will simply replace the objects with objects you already have. However I highly recommend having The Sims 3 Pet expansion pack to get the most enjoyment out of this lot.

I did leave the room in the attic empty with only a few lights and left the loft quite empty so you can decorate it with your own creativity and imagination.

I tried my best to build it similar to the actual TV show, Heartland. It was quite challenging as most shows and movies are filmed both in locations and on set, and not all on the same location. I noticed this quite a bit while trying to build this lot, so if it seems a bit different that is why. The bonus room normally has walls in the TV show, it does not on this lot because it made the roof look really silly and awful, so I left it as is. Ohh...I also did not build the nursery as I am going to be using this lot for my own sims (I am playing the Fleming and Bartlett family out from earlier years before the first season started) but I didn't want to change everything. Sims 3 also only gives you so much furniture and build tools to work with and I also am not super Sim build Savvy, so yes this is as close as I could get it.
