If we download all the apartments, how do we get them all on one lot if possible?

I love it. The design is just fabulous.
Too bad sims keep stucking in the corridor outside of my apartment and I have to reset them each time. They're so noisy my sims have trouble sleeping.
It's also very lagging, maybe cause the file is too big for my computer. I have no problem with summer breeze condo. After a while, I have to move my sims out \:\(

This is a luxury condominium with nine apartments (each have private balconies), a pool, a tennis court, a garage with four car spaces, a laundry room and an elevator.

This is the first apartment, is located on the ground floor and has:
- living room with dining area
- kitchen
- 2 bedrooms (master bedroom and a bedroom for 2 girls)
- 1 bathroom
- big balcony
- 4 car spaces
