Answering kmashby2010:

Yes! You have to enable the bb.moveobjects cheat before you place the lot.
To do it, you enter the lot (in this case, it can be any lot size over 20x15), type in the bb.moveobjects cheat and then, load up your gallery/library to place the creation on this lot you are in.

what do you mean when you say bb.moveobjects need to be previously enabled? do you mean before you place the lot or do you mean before you enter build/buy mode?
