Flyover was named for the architectural features which dominate the exterior view. It is a 2-storey, home for a Sim couple without children . . it has 1 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. and is furnished with comfort uppermost.
Downstairs:
Entry porch with gate [locking optional] - foyer/reception area -open plan livingroom/sittingroom - music centre - dining area/kitchen - bathroom - master suite - patio with glass over, wet bar, coffee and cake bar - bathroom/changeroom for pool deck - deck with cloverleaf diving pool and loungers - gas bbq and bisto meal seating - comprehensive, mature vegetable and herb garden - small orchard. There is no garage, but space could be made available to park a vehicle - if required.
Upstairs:
[accessed via a circular stair in the music room]. Comibination library, office and design studio . . with computer, draughting table and a reading area.
Flyover was built on and for the 40x30 lot at 250 Redwood Parkway, Sunset Valley. It has no special requirements for relocating, other than a flat lot.

Flyover is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
Sometimes a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - if that situation arises, and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Flyover. .
