Hi. I just wanted to understand why the majority of sets that I've downloaded work perfectly fine. I've had no problems with any of them except the one that I recently downloaded from you and the other one from Angela quite a while back which she fixed so that us laptop users could use it. My computer is not that low end, I bought it 3 years ago and cost me around $2,000. Though I accept that the graphics card isn't up to date now. But it still runs the game albeit in laptop mode. I wish that you would send me an email address so that I could at least show you what the problem is by sending you the photos that I took. Thanks in advance. Best wishes. 😳😂

Hi Nynaeve, I`m sorry I cant upload photos I`ve taken as still under new member. Only have 27 points. I will send as soon as I get the 50 points I need to do this. Even though I cant see it clearly in my game I am still using it. Thanks again. Happy Simming xx

No I'm not at all offended and just glad that you looked at the problem. In about a week or two I'll have a high end computer because my son is very kindly giving me a new one because he knows how much I enjoy the Sims, so this kind of problem will no longer be a concern for me. I just wonder why the majority of the cc works well and I've only had trouble with 2 items since the beginning? I have downloaded some hairstyles from tumblr and I've had trouble with all of these. I thank you for looking into the problem for me and will enjoy the set when I get my new computer. Best wishes. 😃

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately I don't know how to get the pictures to you. My laptop is a 3 year old Hewlett Packard, and there's nothing unusual about it. The best way that I can describe what the objects look like is monochrome pixilation. I did have the same problem with one of Angela's sets and she was able to establish that the problem occurred due to my playing the game in laptop mode, because when I turned laptop mode off the objects appeared properly. The problem is though that I can't play the game unless the computer is in laptop mode because otherwise it lags. Anyway I appreciate your help, and if you can let me know how to send you the pictures I'd be more than happy to. 😀

Hi, I've just downloaded your gorgeous bedroom set and found that when I place it, it doesn't look right. Part of it looks like it has black, white, grey patchwork on it. The bed and the mirrored wardrobe look the same, I didn't try the rest but I would assume it'd be the same. Could you please look into this? I had a similar problem occur some time ago when I'd downloaded a lounge room set from Angela. She worked out that this happened when people used laptop mode. Best wishes. $\:\)$ $\:D$
