Ever seen a show on TV where they renovate a house and you thought - I could do that. Well here's your chance. This home is the perfect project for those just starting out. Jethro was never one for gardening (or cleaning for that matter) so the house and yard need a lot of work. There is some fire damage so the property is cheap. Plus you never know, there may be an antique hidden amongst all that filth.
