You know the story... once upon a time there was was a beach in Bridgeport. In fact, this is true and this property was on the beach block! Unfortunately it was built long after the beach was gone, so no sandy feet ever entered the premises. Home to the workers from the docks these bungalows lined up the street. With Bridgeport growing most of them were sold, demolished and highrises now are homes to the people of Bridgeport.

What a shame, this bungalow is really nice. Sure it needs a lot of work, but the walls are solid, the ground is concrete and there is not a lot garden to maintain. With its practical floor plan, this home hosts easily a family with three children and still feels spacious. There is a patio in the back for summer barbecues or a burning oildrum.
And good news, the street is not so busy, since the docks are not in use anymore.

2 bedroom
full bath
open concept
safely fenced in
ideal for a family of three or four
easy to maintain garden
parking on the lot!
