This is my first creation in TSR. The house with only 40x30 size is make you easy to place wherever you want. But, even small this house is look like great and big. Maybe it is because has four floors. Let’s talk bout details! First floor is having a living room, kitchen room, dining room, laundry room, and one bath room. Second floor is having one bed room for your sim’s parent, and the other bed room for two children. Each bed room is having a bath room. The room to study or gain writing skill is right here, between both room. Next, third floor is only a stair to go to upper floor. I make this floor be a hidden room. And the last floor is fourth. Your sim can throw a party here. This floor is a nice place because you can entertain your self under the moonlight. It is open room! There are swimming pool, hot tube, bar, piano, and a lot of plants.
