Here is SOOO cold, where I live. It's about 30 Celsium degrees below zero now. So I decided to build a comfortable beach house for my sims. Where will be hot weather, a lot of sun and warm breeze. And there I want to be myself :) This house is a true pearl of shore and it get name because of uncommon color. This is 3-story modern house with two separate living spaces and common garage, hall and kitchen. Also there is pool, jacuzzi, paved backyard (with palmssss!!!! of course :) and path to the beach. I hope your sims will appreciate this place too :)

Flat lot with alot of palm trees and sunshine. 3-story house contains open kitchen and common living area. Two separate buildings with bed-, bath- and living-rooms. Garage, laundry and big empty (use it as you wish) room in the basement. Pool, bar, jacuzzi and path to the beach at heated by the sun backyard.

Especially thanks to Pralinesims (I can't imagine how to build modern houses without their perfect stuff).

Required all EPs and SPs up to Pets. Perhaps used some decor from Riverview and BarnaclBay.

Cheats used: moveobjects, buydebug, cfe.

Built with game version 1.29.

Playtested.
