Cute place!

Hello! I love this house a lot. But I have a little problem. When I try to place the lot it says "I don't have the correct packs to place this lot"? But I actually have all the needed packs. I even tried restarting and deleting the lot from the galerry and then adding it back. Can I get any help please? Thank you ^^
