@morklees - I downloaded it now and the house shows up in the gallery.
The house contains CC objects, so from the cumulative zip file - you need to extract all the Tray files and put them in the Tray folder.
And files CC - move to the Mods folder.
If you download a house using TSR CC manager - it will automatically unpack all files.
Then in the Library (Gallery) you need to check the "Show Modified Content" option.
