Arabian themed luxury mansion, with huge open plan ground floor, pool room and conservatory. First floor holds 4 bedrooms, each with it's own en-suite bathroom off a large galleried landing. Outside are extensive landscaped gardens, fountains and pool.
This house aims to combine some traditional looking arabian style features with a more modern feel. The luxurious bathrooms and kitchen have a modern and contemporary feel, while the bedrooms and lounge area bring in more of the arabian looking furniture and decor.
The grounds comprise of garage, and lit fountains to the front, swimming pool and gazebo to rear with fully planted gardens.
On the ground floor is a reception area, leading into an open plan grand room with marble pillars which holds the lounge, dining area and reading nook. Leading off the main room is a planted conservatory, the large modern kitchen along the back of the house and a spacious indoor pool room.
On the first floor is a huge galleried landing giving you a wonderful view of the downstairs and grand staircase. there are 4 double bedrooms leading off the landing, each with their own en-suit bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms are arabian tent-style, and 2 have a more earthy feel to them with warm brick tones.

One piece of EA store content was used, the Morrocan Fountain in the reception area. It can easily be removed / replaced with no huge impact.
