Many people ask me about the floor I use. This floor is actually a transparant mirror that can be placed on top of any other floor. You can find this floormirror here: http://www.muranomobilia.com/products/others/millenium/millenium.html
A little warning: your game can slowdown if you use a lot of these floormirrors. I myself have an older (5 year) computer (P4, 1.9 Ghz with 768 MB memory), but I have a medium/high end graphics card (Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS) and I can have a lot of these mirrors on the floor and still have all graphics high without any lags. If you have an integrated graphics chip or a low end graphics card, you can expect your game to lag if you use this floor.

The problem with the Salsa Bedroom is solved. The whole set can be downloaded again.

The Salsa Bedroom had some download problems the last few days. Somehow there were a few recolorsets of another creator attached to the meshset. So if you downloaded this set yesterday, you will find 40 files in the zip instead of 15.
The set is now removed to repare it. As a result of this the meshlinks also don't work proparly at the moment. As soon as the files are repared the set will be republished, so this is only a temporarely problem.

The Salsa Bathroom is ready and will be published tomorrow (april 6th). A little bit later then planned, but to ease the pain for the waiting a little bit, I've added another few extra things to this set, like some bathroom clutter that can be placed on the extra slots on the sink, an extra cornerpiece with 5 working shelves, a loungechair that matches the bed and loveseat of the Salsa Bedroom and a figurative art sculpture. Also some candles to place on the bathtub. And wouldn't you like to place some clutter like toiletpaper or a toiletbrush near the toilet? Well, now you can. For the bathtub I've made an extra recolor in reversed black and white, so you can combine the two subsets and make a complete white or black bathtub or even a combined bath in yingyang colors.
I'm wishing everyone lots of fun with this bathroom, it was sure a lot of fun making it!

Everyone thanks a lot for all the congratulations I received on becoming a Featured Artist on March 23th. And thanks for the warm welcome from the whole group of FA's. It feels so great to be part of this wonderfull group of people, all full of so many talents. Also thanks to Thomas and the rest of the staff for giving me this huge opportunity and having so much trust in someone who has only been creating for a relative short period. Thank you all!
TSR is a wonderfull place where everyone can upload their creations, without being afraid that they may be refused for not being good enough. This has stimulated me to try to make some creations and also upload them, about 3 months ago. I discovered I had talents I never knew I had. Things have gone very quickly after that: until the end of december I was only a downloader, now I'm a Featured Artist. I can't believe it myself sometimes, but I'm enjoying every moment of it.

I'm working on a bathroom that matches the Salsa Bedroom. It's not ready yet, but I hope I have it ready for you this weekend. Main part of this bathroom is the bath. The bath can be used in pairs and will then form one round, sunken bath. The bath has also a small shelf where a glas of champagne or a bottle of shampoo can be placed. The sink and some other parts of this bathroom can be combined with the the dressers and mirror of the Salsa Bedroom. They will all fit nicely together. I've also added another (outward) corner, ofcourse with working shelves.
Soon your rich simcouples will be able to enjoy a hot bubblebath together in this round sunken bath, with a glas of champagne nearby. Don't become jealous of your sims!

The reactions on the Salsa Bedroom have been enormous, more then what I could even dream of. Everyone thanks a lot for all your comments, thanks and guestbook entries. Seeing all these reactions I get even more pleasure in creating.
I've already started with a new roomset, a bathroom, because that's what you would like to see next, according to the poll. It will take me some time to finish it, but I can tell you I have some great planns for it, so I hope you will enjoy it just as much as the Salsa Bedroom.
In the mean time I have a lightwood and darkbrown recolor of the Salsa Bedroom for you. I've just uploaded it, so it will be published in a few days.

Well OK, that was just a bit more then a few days I needed to get my newest set ready. But instead of just a dresser, I added 2 dressers, a mirror, a cornerpiece, a bed-endtable, bookcase-books, a lamp and some walldecoration. In the end I had a little trouble making all objects (12 meshes and 2 recolors) visible in the preview-picture. But I think most of it is more or less visible.
For the one's that consider it all a little bit to black (I can imagine that!), I'm planning on making a lightwood recolor.

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog!
First of all I want to say that I'm really happy to be chosen as a Select Artist. I have only been creating since december 2006 (although I did a little recoloring try-out before, but my graphicscard was so bad I could hardly see the results myself ingame). So I'm really honored that I became a Select Artist after such a short period.
Enough about me, I guess you just want to see what my next set will look like, so I will give you a little preview. As you can see it's not completely ready yet. The shadows are still wrong, the metallic texture of the bed needs some adjustment, bedding hasn't been done yet, and I also want to add a dresser, maybe a nightstand, rechecking the code of the slots inside the screen, some minor adjustments of the meshes and txtm-settings. So I still need a couple of days before it's ready. Anyway, I hope you like it.
