Hi Sim House, thanks for the quick answer. Since I have all add-ons this could not be the issue. Today I tried to install your second house with the aquarium and the sharks and it is the same. When I try to download it the file name consists of questions marks and I have to rename it. After the download and putting it into the download folder I open the launcher and it always says "installation failed". Perhaps the issue is the renaming. But I often install files with russian letters and none of them failed until now. It's a pity because your houses are so great.

Hi, Holger.Weissenbach! I'm sorry, I don't know why you're having an error. I downloaded and reinstalled the file and everything worked. Is it possible that you don't have necessary add-ons? or maybe there is some conflict with previously installed files?

Please repair the download resp. the file. Before downloading it has to be renamed and when I tried to put it into the game the launcher always reports an error.
Nevertheless it looks great and I would really like to play with it.
