He had to brave through the entire 1h 30min of being harshly subjected to the washing machine treatment. Strangely though, I didn't see him after my Sim took out the wet clothes!

He's not really in there,  \;\)  It's a sight gag. That lttle fellow was on the kid's homework books in Sims 2. The creators like to put in little "easter eggs" for us to find.
