The LILACS, so named because of the sweet smelling yellow lilac bushes that surround it, is a fully furnished, completely decorated, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home.
It was built at 20 Hidden Grove Lane, Riverview.
The exterior of the house features a beautiful, country garden of lilacs, sunflowers, hydrangeas and lavender. Paved pathways take you in a circle around the house and a picket fence gives you some privacy. A verandah encircles the cottage on the first floor and gives 360 views, and is complete with small spa, swimming pool, exercise equipment, comfy seating and a shuffleboard table. Access to the verandah is via external stairs in front and rear of the cottage.
There is an enclosed, usable ground floor area available that is enclosed by a lattice wall. Here there is undercover, off street parking from the front, and entry thru a door from the rear to give access to a lift which takes you to all interior levels of the cottage. This area can be utilised to make room for all your gardening tools, etc. Can also be made into a secure childrens playground, granny flat for the in-laws or anything else you desire.

FIRST FLOOR
This comprises entry, living room with cinema screen television, a game room with pool table, juke box, stereo, bar, plenty of seating, a large kitchen with dining table, fully equipped laundry, and large bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR
Here you will find a video games room, twin bunk bed room, large double bedroom, large general purpose bathroom and a guest master double bedroom complete with it's own bathroom and dressingroom. Bedrooms have either writing desks, televisions or a computer. All have phones for contact with friends or family. There are also bookshelves and seating in the hallway connecting the rooms on this floor.

THIRD FLOOR
This is the master bedroom suite. Featuring large bedroom, televion/relaxation corner, small office area, chess table, seperate bathroom, toilet and dressing room. There is also access to two small balconies from this suite. One from the dressing room and the other via the tv corner. On the balconies you will find exercise equipment and comfy seating.

With smoke alarms and burglar alarms installed, you can feel quite safe. Quality furnishings and fittings mean you don't have to do anything to this cottage, just move in and start enjoying life in the slow lane.

This house is base game compatable and has been tested in Hidden Springs, Riverview and Sunset Valley.
