Yes, about your situation I've tried
Because your version is 1.8 or 2.33, there will not be used SIMSPACK situation,

So,, I just maintained at the 1.06 version now~

Perhaps you can download the conversion tool,It can enables SIMSPACK file into the PACKAGES file:http://www.box.net/shared/8qh243qfj5
