Created for: The Sims 3

Sprawling and luxurious, this 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home plus study features hanging gardens here and there, 2 fountain courtyards, luxurious bedrooms with private outdoor spaces, underground 2-car garage, outdoor kitchen, and a water feature on a cantilevered deck that spills into the pool (i love the animation!). The feminine bedroom has a cozy reading nook space for you to decorate if you wish (see picture detail). I wanted the house to look like it had been an innovative build in the 1930's with a sort of art-deco modern feel. The bathrooms and kitchen are furnished. I really wanted to upload it furnished, but the file size was way too large - even compressed.

I always build from the heart for sharing, and I hope everyone has as much fun with this lot as I had building it!
