This house has been a long time in coming! Over the years I have collected various themed based items for places that include Morocco (Africa), India, Spain, China, Japan, Germany and smaller themes that include Animals, Tropics, Sahari, Beach, etc. It all culminated in my creating one SIMTASTIC theme house. The International House of Sims is designed to embrace the concept of theme based object designs. Although a few unique walls have been created and included in the zip, be sure to download the complimentary walls for each room from the walls section (over 40 walls to choose from). As I step back to take a small Sim Creation Vacation (10 days), I leave you with this spectacular house. Gather up your African, Italian, Asian, India and Tropical belongings so you can decorate and play in this wonderful home! Enjoy!
