A small home with plenty of room to grow. This one bedroom and one bath is perfect for the single Sim or couple starting out in life. Includes some skill building items to get your Sim started, including a pool for exercise. There is also a nice terrace with patio table to enjoy an evening meal as you watch the clouds go by. Inside there is an open floor plan for the living room, kitchen and dining. In the bedroom is a desk with a computer. The bathroom includes a stacked washer and dryer so your Sim's clothing will always be fresh. Your Sim will have enough to buy the lot (2000$) and the house and have a little left over. An easel in the living room can get them earning right away.

Built on Daisy Hovel Lot in Willow Creek, but any 30x20 lot will do.

I used the [ ] keys to enlarge and shrink objects and the 9 and 0 keys to move objects into place.
I play test several days to make sure everything works correctly and try to clean up the lot but I may miss things like laundry and trash.
