For those Sims who want to live even more luxurious than in my 'Deluxe Glass House', I now have the DGH with pool and a second amazing terrace!

This beautiful house with open floor plan not only sports great modern architecture with a glass wall on two sides, it it also placed on a small hill and thus gives your Sims the best possible view from just about anywhere.

It has one parking spot, a terrace with barbeque area and a bar, a second terrace by the pool, a hot tub.
The house consists of only one floor and features a huge bathroom with separate laundry room, a great kitchen, a living room area and a bedroom area, as well as a chill-out area.
