Welcome to No. 5 Foundry Cove, a compact and beautiful semi-starter home set in the world of Willow Creek. This is a shotgun-style build, inspired by New Orleans architecture. It is similar in style to the existing lots near Foundry Cove, but a little elevated, and has a bit more 'lived-in' feel to it. It's a one bedroom, one bath home with a spacious living area, a kitchen and dining area and a beautiful porch to spend your evenings on. A comely garden with gardening tools surrounds the small home in a charming way.

This started out as a starter project, but when I finished building the shell of the house it was costing almost 19k simoleons. I didn't want to sacrifice the design to accommodate the budget, since I wanted this build to look like the shotgun houses in New Orleans. It is similar to the rest of the houses in the neighbourhood but once you place this in your game, you can see that this is more ornate and true to style. Having said that, this house isn't overly cluttered. I didn't want to make a bigger dent in the budget. It is still a starter home, but a more boujee starter home.

This is a base game only lot. I wanted to make something that was compatible for those without the other packs.
