This is an adaptation from my last eyeliner \'Flicky Liner\'. It combines both the thick black liner with a classic smudged colour mix of eyeshadow. This one goes brilliantly with this year\'s new craze for everything bright and unique. Would complete an outfit for a nu-rave party! :D
