Hi katniss, welcome to TSR! Thanks for downloading my Little Village lots. I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble with the Hospital one. I do have Ambitions installed (check the Creator Notes tab for the complete list). But it ought to install anyway even if you don't have a certain expansion pack installed. In that case it will replace the items from that expansion pack with items from the base game. As to the orange jumpsuits, I downloaded the denim overalls from this site, then in CAS I turned them orange with the black and white stripes. You can do that with probably any shirt/top that looks like it will do duty for a uniform. Also, if you do have Ambitions, you can unlock the career uniforms if you have a mod (from modthesims,info) to do so.
