Created for: The Sims 4

This is a warehouse loft renovation, perfect for a single sim that plans on maybe hosting a couple of parties but also likes being on their own most times. I initially built this in the only 40x30 empty lot located in The Countryside in Windenburg, thinking of it as an old abandoned warehouse in the countryside that was bought by an entrepreneurial sim for them to renovate into a livable space.

You can see there's still some leftover cars and not many things done to the exterior of the warehouse, as I wanted it to still look very industrial and rough so it contrasted with the modern furniture I placed on the inside.

The first floor is open plan: we have a full kitchen, dining room and living room big enough to host a couple of friends over for diner or a special event. The one and only bathroom is also located downstairs, including 2 sinks, a bathtub, shower, and toilet. .

Going upstairs we have a bedroom/office area, which is also open plan and overlooks the rest of the loft. Most furniture in this area is dark, but I also made sure to add some pops of primary colors to make the interiors brighter, opposed to downstairs, where the furniture is darker to make up for the brighter walls.

I used a couple of the new Moschino items that came with the recent patch, most importantly the new huge windows! They really bring to life the warehouse/industrial look of this lot, and I personally love them!

For the landscaping I made sure to include plenty rocks and plants on the outside to keep the abandoned warehouse look, and plenty lighting for it to still be visible at night.
