A modern family home with plenty of space, large modern windows that give a beautiful natural light to the house.

It has a large pool, a nice backyard with a barbecue area and cozy sofas around the fire pit. It also has a jacuzzi area and some nice plants.

The interior is super cozy and spacious. The kitchen, the dining room, the living room and an office were built with an open space concept. There aren't a lot of walls separating these divisions, but everything flows very well.
On the same floor (ground floor) there is also a girly bedroom for child and two bathrooms.

Upstairs there is a big hall with lighting coming from the roof, a small gym and a bathroom. Also it has the master bedroom, a toddler's bedroom, both with a very beautiful view.

In the basement can be found a cinema with a large tv and cozy sofas.
