This impressive and substantial estate is designed to sit on the 60x60 lot adjacent to the Riverview Fishery at the mouth of the Simomon River in Riverview, hence its title. It features the following: Exterior - large naturally landscaped gardens with two arched bridges, lake and mature fruit and vegetable gardens, a small orchard, vineyard and well. Outbuildings consist of one large barn with hayloft and facilities for making nectar, a 1-car garage and an island summerhouse. The main Colonial style house comprises of the following: Ground floor - Entrance foyer leading through to large living room with fireplace, stairs leading to first floor, downstairs 1/2 bathroom (1); dining room with bar and adjoining 1/2 bathroom (2), access to outside decking; spacious kitchen with brick fire and attached utility room, access to outside decking, rear stairs to first floor. First floor (only partially furnished) is made up of a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom; study and art area. There are four additional unfurnished but basically decorated rooms intended as use for bedrooms and two smaller unfurnished rooms which would make ideal bathrooms. The lot has been been attractively landscaped with large trees, flowers and shrubs. as well as additional farm structures for authenticity and would make a lovely family home as well as profitable business with its produce and nectar. Play tested and works fine.
