This is a house for the obnoxciously rich. I have played in several times, and even with both for the CaD and the laundry exp, and loved it. They are not required though.

This Palace is loosly based off a floorplan of Wentworth Woodhouse palace of the FitzWilliam family in England. They sold it a long time ago, but that shouldn’t stop me trying on a study of the floorplan. The house has been made to fit a partying family with lots of people working for them. It has a big kitchen in the basement, with a larder and a clean industrial kitchen.
I used a lot of custum content for this house, and made walls to fit. I didn’t like the walls from EA, so I made my own.
It has a wide entrance pathway along the front with a garage on the other side from the gate, and I put the carcourt in the same place. The kitchen basement has an outside staircase with entrance in the same place. The road crosses the Jacobean old part of the house, with the entrance to the Jacobean hallway. That part of the house would have a long garden with a straight road leading to it. The Baroque part of the house faces the garden with the pool and fountains. It’s closed in with a hedge.

Exp: gtw, cl, gt, Stuff: perfect patio, vintage, romantic garden, Game packs: outdoor, dine, parenthood, vampires and I also had fitness installed while building it.
CUSTOM CONTENT DOWNLOAD
I made many walls myself for this project. You can choose if you like to download them from simsfileshare as a folder, or one-by-one on TSR. If you download the zip, remember to unzip it. Windows comes with an unzipper installed. Just rightclick on the file. Put the housefile zip in the Sims 4 Tray folder, and unzip there. All the little files belongs to the house and missing one will ruin the installation. Put all the CC zip files in the mods folder, and you can sort them into subfolders a bit.
