Running this farm is a lot of work, and I tested it with 8 sims, … until the animal rescue took my dog:) I had a Butler and a Maid as well.

I love the layout of this house in summer. It has all the important rooms facing the pool and the bedrooms on the floor above. There are several smaller bedrooms in the attic. I have only put in 2 double and 2 single beds in the attic, that’s all. There is also a commonroom or livingroom for the servants on that floor, perhaps you would like to make it another bedroom. It has a big balcony on the roof, facing the garden and bay.

In total the house has 12 bathrooms: 2 in the attic, 3 on the main floor, 1 in the basement and 6 on the bedroom floor.

Dayrooms or Livingrooms in this house: 2 kitchens, The Gallery with skill building activites, Familyroom, Office, Formal TV room, Garage with a bathroom and staircase to the basement. Formal Diningroom, Livingroom and The bar. In the basement is the washingroom with bathrooms, and the microscope. The bedroomfloor has the room for activities and the little playroom. I have heard rumors the long hallway is perfect for games.
