Hi Rosea - unfortunately, there's nothing I can fix, but I'm told that 'supersets' might not be working any longer (marvellous - sigh!). Instead, open the individual sets within the superset and you should be able to download these separately without errors. If this for some reason doesn't work, I recommend you submit a support ticket (mention Sims 2 in the title so the right person receives it) and state that the sets won't download.
