Hi there. First of all thank you for not minding to play with my Meadows world. You ask me what routing issues are? Just play with any world... even the EA worlds and you will get messages of unroutable sims. Even in Sunset Valley.... unless you only have the base game. Unfortanely, with the expansion pack there came some issues. The zombies that appear at full moon are a good example. The game often generates a zombie from a sim you are actually playing with.... and then you've got somewhere as well an unroutable sim.
Another possibility is that you are playing in my world already and you have your sim in one of the community gardens and you click near to send him to another garden, the sim hesitates. This is not a routing problem... To send a sim from one community lot to another, you first have to go to the general town view and click on the com. lot where you want your sim to go.... even if that lot is nextdoor.
