Also to move the sim around or into place, you will need to press Control +Shift+ C and he cheat bar will come up. Type in the cheats: testingCheatsEnabled true and then moveobjects on. Once that is done, go into buy mode and you will be able to pick up the sim to move them or turn them around.

The pose comes in a .package file. When you download, the .package file goes into the Mods folder you created. Place the .package file in the Packages folder into your mods folder.

When you are in game, go into Decor-miscellaneous and you will find a black film clap board they use to film movies. Place that somewhere on the floor. Choose your sim you want to pose, click on the black clapboard and choose to select the pose.
