Created for: The Sims 4
This property was once the home to a minor French nobleman who lacked imagination. So much so that he literary named his home "The Castle of Summer". It has now been renovated and filled with modern appliances and luxuries, whilst still maintaining it's historical appeal.
1st Floor Features: Entryway with large halls to either side, and a door leading to the pool area straight ahead. Kitchen and Dining Hall to the right of the entryway. Living Hall and Bar to the left of the entryway. A pool-house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
2nd Floor Features: 2 bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes. 2 bathrooms. Various seating scattered throughout this level. Numerous dormers protrude the roof on this level.
3rd Floor Features: Kids bedroom. A bathroom. A study. Numerous dormers protrude the roof on this level also. Attempting to utilize the most of these small spaces, furniture, such as desks, dressers, seating has been placed in these alcoves.
Outdoors Features: Fully fenced in and landscaped with a row of Cyprus Trees at the front. 2 garden mazes with various seating through-out and 2 small private pools. 2 large fountains at the front of the property and various smaller fountains throughout. A large pool with various water-emitters. A barbecue with a small outside dining area.

I have the Digital Deluxe Edition, Outdoor Retreat and the latest patch installed.
Download the lot, unzip the files, copy and paste all contents into your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.
The Move Objects Cheat was used to create this lot. Before you place the lot in your game, enable this cheat first and ensure you are placing the lot in Build Mode and not Manage World. Even with this cheat enabled I found some clutter items moving in to the inventory (not many, perhaps 5). If this was done in Manage World those items would likely have been destroyed.
The interior walls on the 2nd level is a mishmash in places due to the roof messing with some of the wall areas, you can see it in the bedroom picture. I chose to use the same wall pattern as outside as I felt that this still fit the house.
Don't try removing the arches on the 3rd level. I have tried and it causes the roof to drop down in to the room. The dressers in the kids room are decor only in the dormers, they can not be used to try on outfit or anything, the arch messes with this, but the desks, and computers are all perfectly workable. The Ottoman on the 3rd level cannot sit flush in the dormer for the same reason as the kids dressers, your sim can't figure out how to duck I guess?
