This gorgeous estate is perfect for a large family or a family with teenagers. The ground floor features an expanse of living and dining spaces. The front of the house contains the formal didng room with the kitchen to the rear of the house with access to the garden. There is also a study and a great room with floor to ceiling bookshelves and a fireplace, perfect for snuggling up in winter with a good book! The garden features a luxurious mosaic tiled pool with an open air cabana complete with barbeque and dining area and a cd player perfect for pool parties! There are four double bedrooms on the first floor each with their own features whether it be a tv area, a study nook or an ensuite. The top floor is reserved for the master suite and it almost entirely self contained which is handy for the raging pool parties your teens will be having! Your Mum and Dad sims or perhaps a very spoilt child has their own flat screen television, dressing room, reading nook and bathroom and boasts views in all directions.
