Created for: The Sims 1

This house has been made for the Creative Construction Competence Competition. The Sims disc was used to create this home. No expansion packs were included. This project was comprised of three downloads from the official site. These were the Garden Pack, Plants and Wall Light Pack. Nine custom walls were used. I chose to try and create a calm, gentle family atmosphere with this home. It was my intention to make the house one in which most people (including children) could enjoy. There is a lot for Sims in the household to play with and keep them occupied when not at work or school. The entrance doors were changed to allow in more light and the four small windows on the left side were removed for the larger windows in order to give a brighter feeling to those family rooms. I chose the custom walls to correspond with the room types.Moose lodge style for family rooms; airy butterflies for the halls; gentle flowered tile for the bathrooms; light blue wallpaper for the diningroom and adult bedroom; cute cow walls to make the kitchen playful; and animals for the childrens' bedroom. Some people may believe I put a fair amount of luxuries into this home but I just thought of what I would like. A pool, hot tub, barbecue, basketball hoop, pool table. I think you get the idea. Even the garden ... if I didn't have a black thumb :D This is my lighthearted home to keep a small family happy on their off time.
