This beautiful colonial style home has everything your Sims could need or want. Enter into a lovely center hallway with a convenient powder room and stairs to the second floor. To the left is a formal living room; to the right a formal dining room. Both have fireplaces. The living room leads to the family room where your Sims can watch TV, play the piano, or play chess. French doors open from the family room onto a large deck with plenty of seating, BBQ grill, dining area, and a pool in the backyard beyond--the perfect spot for family gatherings or entertaining friends. A large kitchen, with a lovely breakfast nook and large island with additional seating, opens off the family room and leads to the side entrance foyer, which offers storage for coats and shoes and provides access to the study and basement stairs. On the second floor, there is a beautiful master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms for the kids, and another full bathroom. A lovely balcony where you can relax and watch your neighbors jog by, opens off the hallway. In the basement, there is a second family room with a TV, a bar, and plenty of room for entertaining and dancing. A nicely equipped laundry room, full bathroom, playroom, home gym, and workroom/storage room complete the basement area. The playroom, gym, and workroom can be converted easily to additional bedrooms as your family grows.

This house was built for Sims 4 on the 40x30 Umbrage Manor lot in Willow Creek. I have the Deluxe Edition, with Up All Night, Life of the Party, and Holiday Celebration content, and the Outdoor Retreat and Get to Work expansion packs. My game is patched through 1.8.61.1020.
You must install the custom content shown below prior to installing this lot if you want the lot to look as pictured. I have used the bb.moveobjects on cheat to place objects. To ensure objects remain in place, make sure the moveobjects cheat is on before placing the lot. In addition, I have re-sized a few items. To keep the items from reverting to their normal size, you must install the lot from the Build/Buy mode rather than the map mode, as follows: Click on a 40x30 lot. If the lot is vacant, enter Build/Buy mode, open your library, and place this lot. If there is a house on the lot you have chosen, click on the lot, evict the family if occupied, enter Build/Buy Mode, bulldoze the existing house, then open your library and place this lot.
If you do not see this lot in your library, click on Advanced (left side of screen), and make sure both Include Unowned Content and Include Custom Content are checked.
