This luxury home boasts four bedrooms - three double, one single - with an ensuite in the master bedroom. The main bathroom is a spacious, marble affair with a stylish corner bath and walk in shower. Bedroom three has a balcony overlooking the beautiful back garden - perfect for guests to enjoy their stay in your home. For the work-minded Sim, there is a study above the garage (accessed from the second staircase in the hallway) where they can escape the noise of the house.

Downstairs, is a formal lounge and dining room, as well as a TV/sitting room to the rear. The modern kitchen features a breakfast bar and a door leading to utilities. There is also a small shower room - a large house like this needs that little bit extra to save Sims from hogging the bathroom!

The garage houses one vehicle, though there is a guest space out front for visitors of fellow motor-loving family members.
