Due to known problems, all of my newly uploaded houses will be created without custom patterns or content. Four of my previous houses had issues with custom patterns attaching to surfaces. I understand it is a common and known problem now and patterns are not all attaching to lots. I do not know what causes this, but have decided to do all my building and uploading using no custom patterns or custom content. I am sorry for any inconvenience with any houses you downloaded, prior to my knowledge of this problem.

My houses with custom pattern and content problems: Peppertree Bend Estate, Demeure Modern, Laurent la Maison, Bijou Manor. If you download these houses, some patterns were not included. In some cases they have uploaded empty, with structures only. In these cases, you will have to redecorate and/or refurnish the structures. Missing stairways around pools will need to have the nearby pool deleted then replace after the stairway is in place.
