I present you my version Sim inspired by Scarlett O'Hara.
She is a fictional character and the protagonist in Margaret Mitchell's 1936 novel GONE WITH THE WIND and in the 1939 film of the same name, where she is portrayed by gorgeous Vivien Leigh.
Fickle, vain, selfish, beautiful, green-eyed Southern Lady Scarlett... and her famous saying: I'll think of it tomorrow. After all, tomorrow is another day!
I cried after reading the book three days... :( ;)
Create a better life for her in the sim world.

! Note, this is version of Scarlett not Vivien. It's important!

These are the Expansion Packs/Game Packs that I currently have:
City Living, Island Living, Seasons, Get to Work, Get Famous, Discover University, Outdoor Retreat, Realm of Magic, Spooky Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff and Free Packs: Holiday Celebration Pack.

I don't use sliders.
I don't use presets.
All of my pics were taken without HQ mod and unrendered.
10 CC from the TSR and 1 CC from Kijiko.

This facemask fits perfectly with this female skin. It probably fits with anothers female skintones made by other creators but I can't guarantee of shades compatibility. I suggest that you choose color A2.

! Make sure you put all CC in: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
! After downloading the Sim UNPACK the ZIP FILE (zip = 5 files) and place these 5 files in:
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
! In the game options make sure the option "show modified content" is selected
! Must working perfectly :)
