This is a large tropical property with 3 Tiny houses and a restaurant.
Specials:
- a very large natural pool with waterfalls and bridges
- 3 Tiny houses above the water with direct access to the pool
- a separate restaurant with kitchen and seating areas. (If you want to use this lot as a residential property, you can use the kitchen without any problems. I built it so that the Sims have a normal stove at their disposal)
- a bar at the restaurant

Important !!:
-This is NOT a beach lot, please place this lot only on land, not on the water.
-This lot is a community property (restaurant). BUT I have built it in such a way that it can be used as a residential lot. If you want to use it as a residential lot, you can use the restaurant kitchen as a normal kitchen. I have added an additional stove to the restaurant cooking station. You can use it to cook with your Sims!
In order to use it as a residential property, you have to change the type of property in build mode in the property information. Change the plot type from "Restaurant" to "Residential".
