I always liked this Armchair when i was playing Sims 2, so I converted it from the Sims 3. The armchair is CASTable, and has got two channels, and 3 presets

Polygones count : ~780 vertrices ~1020 faces, and in low level of details : ~250 vertrices ~200 faces
