Installation Instructions:

In the rar.file you will find SEVEN separate .package files, please place these files in your downloads folder BEFORE installing the lot, for the re-colours to show up in your game.

To rent a furnished lot=

- Move your Sim (or Sims) onto the lot.
- Open the cheat box window ( CTRL + Shift + C )
- In the box at the top type this in: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
- Now resume the game and press "SHIFT" while you click on the door for the apartment you want to rent.
- Choose "Rent Furnished Apartment". Click "YES"
- Open the cheat box window again ( CTRL + Shift + C )
- In the box at the top type this in: boolprop testingcheatsenabled false
Now you can play with FULLY FURNISHED apartments..

Placing a car on driveway or in a garage=

1. Move your Sims in and have them rent an apartment.

2. Open the cheats window and type: boolprop aptSubLotSpecificToolsDisabled false (This will enable the buy/buildmode catalogue.)

3. Choose a car as normal from the catalogue and place on the driveway or in a garage.

4. Open the cheats window and type: boolprop aptSubLotSpecificToolsDisabled true (to turn the cheat off).

That's it! To be safe, do back up your game before using cheats such as these. And don't play with that cheat enabled as it may mess things up! Yeah, that's the technical term :) Have fun...
