M4r14n11 Villa 2: In The Sims 3 it has 4 levels distributed in the following way:
First level: One large garage for 2 cars, 1 small hall and a small garden.
Second level: The main level, including The living room, one bathroom, one kitchen, a gym room, library, one large hall and a gorgeus garden with 2 pools.
Third level: Just one big bedroom and a study room, but if you want , you can make two or three bedrooms by removing the study room. + one bathroom, a hall and a huge terrace.
Forth level: The 2nd terrace, the highest one, for a view of the entire lot.
Dedicated for large families, up to 4 or 5 Sims members. xD
