Captain's Watch is a spacious traditional family home with a cosy living and dining room, a spacious kitchen with breakfast nook, a powder room, a separate bar, a butler's pantry and a laundry room. There is also a study (which can be converted into a bedroom) with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a master suite with TV nook, study area, two walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom and a spacious terrace, two bedrooms with each an en-suite bathroom and closet. The third floor has a spacious crafts room, a bunk room (to be decorated), a kitchenette and a storage room. The attic has two extra rooms of which one is decorated as a fitness.
