It boasts roomy, well-appointed rooms, a separate two-car garage and a third-story attic. It is the kind of house to which the most tasteful Sims aspire. This home is huge and will accommodate up to eight Sims in a family. The outside has a patio area, a hot tub and a pool. The first floor has a living/music room with a fireplace, a formal dining area with a butler's pantry, a large kitchen with an prep island and a bar, and there is also a full bath. The second floor has a master bedroom with attached bath, a laundry room, a children's room, a nursery, a butler's room and one full bath which will be shared. The third floor attic space has a game room, a full bath, a reading nook and an art nook. This home is located at 325 Oak Grove in Sunset Valley. Enjoy!
