This quaint little beach house will be perfect for that summer vacation or as a retirement home for your elderly Sims. All they need to bring is a fishing pole or a favorite book to relax in this sea air atmosphere. Decorated in traditional colors of red, white and blue, this home offers all the amenities needed for skill learning and has plenty of recreational features. The main floor has a large foyer entrance, a kitchen with casual dining, a sitting area to take in the ocean view and a half bath. Bottom level has a living/media room and a full bath. The top floor has a master bedroom with adjoining bath and a guest bedroom for those weekend visitors. One car attached garage (car not included), pool, deck and dining areas are available.
