This rustic styled home was made for the party Sim in your game. With plenty of room for those late night parties, this home offers something of interest to each of your guest. They can hang out at the hot tub or down at the bar in the spacious game room. There will be plenty of room for parking with the three car garage and large parking area. Entrance to the home starts on the second floor where your Sims will enter into a spacious living area with a cozy fireplace, plenty of seating and a grand piano for the musically inclined. There is also a picturesque window with seating for reading. Stairs lead down to the ground floor where there is a lovely recreational room with a long bar, game machines, chess and an art area. There is also a full bath, a laundry room, a guest bedroom, an eat-in kitchen and a butler's pantry with a breakfast bar on the ground floor. The backdoor entrance leads out to a side patio where there is a lovely lap pool with fountains. The third floor has the master bedroom and bath on it. There is another cozy fireplace with seating and an office nook for those computer and reading needs. The master bed has a soaking tub and a private shower. This home was built at 26 Sims Lane in Sunset Valley. Enjoy!
