This version has had the furnishings and as much of the custom content removed as possible. I changed the hot tub area to a covered deck for those without Late Night. The bathrooms are fully functional, and the kitchen has the basic amenities in place to make it move in ready. It is a blank canvas ready for you to decorate and furnish as you like. This version still features a nectar garden and cellar, and lots of deck and patio space for entertaining. There are several empty rooms that you can design into a work space, a study, a music room, etc. Plenty of space for a growing family, two car garage, and a stocked pond.

I tried my best to make this version more base game compatible. However there are still some items and patterns from World Adventures in the lot. The only thing that should be affected by not having WA is the garden and nectar cellar. (most of the grapes require WA as do the nectar making items) I left them in this version because they are not cc and anyone with WA may still want them. My game is fully patched and I have Ambitions, WA, Late Night, High End Loft, and Outdoor Living installed on my computer so I apologize if it will not cooperate with your game

Thanks for the advice about downloading the unfurnished version. I believe your comments are old, but I will still ask you how are you? Better I hope. I hate to hear anyone is down. Tomorrow is always a new day. You get to start all over again new. I went through ovarian cancer 3 years ago and would be doing great except after chemo it's a fight everyday. Chemo doesn't just kill the cancer, it also kills the good cells, plus I have a condition called O-L-D. \:\) I love your creations, I do some myself but don't submit. Come visit me in Las Vegas some time. \:D

This house is go pretty! I love it, but I wish you would've eliminated all custom content because I truly hate custom content. Its fake looking and ugly and it makes my game crap, but over all the house is gorgeous! It truly doesn't look like any of the mansion's that I've seen in Nantucket, but its still wonderful!
