It is a big industrial loft with 2 apartments.Both with 1 bedroom that includes a dubble bed. This house build for 4 sims. (2 for each apartment). It has a tiny garden. The garden includes a BBQ area and a bonfire spot. The first apartment includes a studyroom and a painting room. The second apartment includes a very big kitchen and a mixing bar.
