I have rebuild and redecorate this penthouse. There is two bedrooms and one bathroom, rooftop swimming pool to enjoy the view and outside seats. Its a great rooftop house that's fits a small family, make sure to replace the house in the same lot as i showed in the picture, hope you like it.

You are a fantastic builder! I am never disappointed when I place one of your lots. They function, they have lots of clutter making them more realistic, and they are beautiful! The only thing I have encountered is a "depressing Decor" Moodlet. I wonder if it is because the custom content used doesn't have a decor value attached? This build in particular was very depressing for my sims. I was really upset when I had to delete a lot of clutter and replace with valued decor. Anyway, just a thought for your future builds. Again, I LOVE your builds, you are my favourite on TSR
